Canada Connect Deals (“Canada Connect Deals,” “we,” “us” or “our”) provides telecom sales and referral services that help households review available internet, television and related home-service options.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal information when a person visits our website, submits a form, communicates with us or requests information about internet, television or related telecommunications services.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect:
- First and last name

- Current telecommunications provider
- Services requested
- Whether the customer is moving, starting new service or switching

- Order, installation and service-status information received from participating sales, fulfilment or telecommunications partners
We do not request payment-card information, banking information, Social Insurance Numbers, identification documents, account passwords or similar sensitive information through the public website form.
Where a provider requires identity verification, a credit assessment or payment information, that information must be collected through the applicable provider or authorized partner’s approved secure process.
2. How We Collect Information
We may collect information directly from a person; through the Canada Connect Deals website and website forms; through Meta services such as Facebook or Instagram lead forms, advertisements and Messenger conversations; by telephone, text message or email; through participating authorized sales or fulfilment partners; and through standard hosting, security and server logs.
3. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- Respond to a request
- Check serviceability and availability for a complete service address
- Determine which participating internet and television options may be available
- Confirm address and customer eligibility
- Contact the person regarding the request
- Prepare and explain available offers
- Route the request to the appropriate authorized sales or fulfilment partner
- Submit or assist with an order at the customer’s request
- Coordinate order and installation follow-up
- Provide customer service
- Maintain business and transaction records
- Prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents
- Measure the source and effectiveness of inquiries
- Comply with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements
- Send future promotional communications where the person has provided the required consent
4. Sharing of Personal Information
We may share personal information with participating telecommunications providers; authorized dealers, sales agencies and fulfilment partners; customer-service and order-processing partners; Netlify as the website-hosting and form-handling service provider; communications service providers; professional advisers; government, regulatory, law-enforcement or legal authorities where required or permitted by law; and a successor organization in connection with a legitimate business reorganization or transfer.
We disclose only information reasonably required for the relevant purpose. The applicable telecommunications provider may have its own privacy policy governing information it receives while supplying, billing or supporting the service. Canada Connect Deals may receive compensation from participating partners for completed orders.
Canada Connect Deals does not sell personal information or lead data. Information received through a Meta lead form is used for the purpose described with the form and may be transferred only to service providers and participating sales, fulfilment or telecommunications partners that need it to respond to or fulfil that request, as described in this Privacy Policy.
5. Consent
By submitting information and requesting an availability or offer check, the person consents to the collection, use and disclosure of information for the purposes explained at the time of collection and in this Privacy Policy. This may include sharing information reasonably required to check service availability and process the request with participating authorized sales or fulfilment partners and the applicable telecommunications provider.
Our website sales form requests permission to call the callback number supplied about that specific inquiry. All currently served website sales forms require an email address. Earlier forms may have left email optional; their original requirements and consent are preserved. The form does not enrol the person in text-message, email or other ongoing marketing campaigns.
Consent may be withdrawn, subject to legal, contractual and operational restrictions, by submitting the Privacy Request form on this page or calling +1 778-244-1221. Withdrawing consent may prevent Canada Connect Deals from continuing to check availability, process a request or provide requested assistance.
6. Callback Requests and Communication Preferences
Website sales inquiries are handled by telephone. Our team will call to review available services, eligibility and offer terms. Requesting a call does not place an order or guarantee a particular response time.
Consent to a callback about a current inquiry is not consent to an unrelated marketing list. A person may ask us to stop calling about the request, submit the Privacy Request form below or contact contact@canadaconnectdeals.com for privacy assistance. Notices and consent choices presented with earlier or external-platform inquiries continue to govern those inquiries; this website revision does not expand earlier consent.
7. Website Technology
The website is hosted by Netlify and uses native Netlify Forms to store inquiries. Our cookie notice covers analytics, Meta measurement and Google Ads inquiry measurement in one place. Accept all cookies explicitly allows Google saved-inquiry measurement, including qualification and genuine sold orders sent to processing. Manage cookies lets you choose categories instead. Your inquiry and callback work when optional measurement is off. A Google inquiry conversion requires confirmation that the inquiry was saved.
When you opt in, Google Ads receives a saved-inquiry conversion with an opaque inquiry reference for duplicate prevention, a limited page address without personal query parameters, and advertising click identifiers when present. Google's tag may also process cookies and standard technical information, including IP address, browser and device information. We do not send your name, callback number, email, service address or form answers as Google conversion fields. CCD does not enable enhanced customer-data matching or personalised advertising through its Google conversion implementation. These Google-specific settings do not describe Meta’s advertising use of Pixel information, which is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy and your Meta measurement choice.
Google outcome measurement shares advertising click identifiers and the actual time of qualification or a genuine sold order sent to processing. A qualified inquiry is not a sale, and a sent order is not a completed installation or earned commission. Only a new explicit choice under the current notice permits this scope; earlier website, cookie or external-form choices are not expanded. Names, callback numbers, email addresses and service addresses are not included in these outcome events.
Closing the notice with X keeps current settings; it does not newly grant Google inquiry or outcome permission. Accept all cookies or saving the enabled Google category in Manage cookies records that explicit choice, without another prompt. Permission is remembered for the browser tab. An explicit withdrawal applies across open tabs and later visits in this browser; turning other tracking back on does not restore Google permission. Meta-origin inquiries remain excluded from Google submission conversions and outcome uploads. You can also use browser controls to block or remove Google cookies. Google's handling of measurement information is described in its Privacy Policy. An inquiry conversion is not a completed order or proof of service availability.
Optional Google Analytics helps us understand visits, Get My Offer clicks, form starts, submission problems and confirmed saved inquiries. On public marketing pages, a visible cookie notice explains that analytics and Meta measurement start on by default unless you previously turned them off. Choose Manage cookies to change either setting, or close the notice with X to keep the current settings. Accept all cookies turns both settings on. Your choices are remembered in this browser, including an opt-out, until you change them or clear browser storage. You can reopen Cookie preferences from the footer. Your offer inquiry works with optional tracking off.
Analytics receives limited public-page, campaign and device information. Google's service may process cookies, IP address and standard browser information. We do not send names, callback numbers, email addresses, service addresses, form answers, private lead-screen activity or personal URL parameters to Analytics. Analytics events are not sold-order conversions, and are not imported again as Google Ads bidding conversions.
See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Private staff screens, confirmation pages, previews and marked QA visits do not load website analytics. Cookie settings do not change permission to call you about your request; Google Ads inquiry and outcome measurement still requires an explicit choice through the notice or Manage cookies.
When a person submits a lead form or sends a message within Facebook, Instagram or another Meta service, Meta processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Once Meta provides the submitted lead information to Canada Connect Deals, Canada Connect Deals handles that information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Optional Meta measurement is separate from Google measurement and follows the visible notice and browser settings described above. When enabled and not turned off, the same Meta Pixel measures visits to our public marketing pages, genuine starts on our sales forms and independently confirmed saved sales inquiries. This includes visitors from Meta, Google, search, shared links and direct visits; receiving an event does not mean Meta supplied that visitor. Source attribution remains separate. The new public-sales notice is shown before this expanded collection; previous opt-outs remain off. A saved inquiry is not a sale or completed installation. Reloaded confirmations and receipt recovery do not replay advertising events. A bounded tagged Meta journey may be retained for up to24 hours in the same browser tab for source context; a fresh non-Meta source clears it. Private staff screens, previews, QA visits, confirmation pages and privacy forms are excluded. Meta may use cookies, advertising click identifiers and standard technical information such as an IP address. Our website code does not add names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses or form answers to Pixel event fields or supply them for manual advanced matching. It disables Meta’s automatic website configuration before initializing the Pixel. Meta’s account-level automatic advanced matching setting is separate and is enabled; that setting alone does not establish which matching data a particular event contains. Manage cookies lets you turn Meta measurement off without preventing your inquiry. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
Cookie preferences are also available on this Privacy Policy and our Terms page. These pages provide preference controls only: they do not load Google or Meta measurement, and privacy-request details are not sales or advertising events.
To help prevent duplicate requests, we keep a necessary request reference, originating form path, time and confirmation status in your current browser tab. This recovery record does not contain your form answers or contact details. If receipt cannot be confirmed within 24 hours, we show the reference and contact assistance rather than assuming the request failed or sending it again.
Hosting systems may automatically process standard technical information such as IP address, browser, device and security logs. Campaign and referral information may be attached to your inquiry. When analytics or Meta measurement is enabled, we retain limited source tags and click identifiers in this browser tab for up to24 hours so browsing between pages does not lose where your visit came from. This source record contains no form answers and is cleared when both settings are turned off. Some service providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to that jurisdiction’s laws.
Service-address entry is manual. This website does not send address-search requests to Google Maps. Our team checks telecommunications availability for the complete address after you submit an inquiry.
Private HubSpot matching is not enabled by this website. Google qualification or sold-order outcome sharing requires the current explicit measurement choice and an authorized integration; privacy requests do not enter sales processing. A phone-button click is not proof of an answered call or a sale. Any future integration must preserve existing source history, use only the necessary information and provide the applicable notices and consent choices before activation.
We use tawk.to to monitor visits, traffic sources and pages viewed so we can understand website use and improve the site. Cookies and browser storage recognise visits, and the service processes visit times, available referral information, browser/device details, IP addresses and approximate location. This monitoring is not anonymous. The provider processes and stores this information in the United States, where it may be subject to US law. We do not automatically send sales-form answers or contact details to it. To stop future monitoring in this browser, open Cookie preferences and turn off Performance & visitor monitoring; your offer request will still work.
8. Retention
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries; check serviceability; process and support orders; maintain required business, commission, transaction and tax records; resolve disputes; prevent fraud; and meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations. Information that is no longer required will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized, subject to backup, legal and record-retention requirements.
Records used to demonstrate communication consent, withdrawal or unsubscribe requests may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to document and respect those choices and meet applicable legal obligations.
9. Security
Canada Connect Deals uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, theft, misuse, disclosure, alteration or destruction. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Customers must not send sensitive financial, identity or account-security information through the public website form, ordinary email, Messenger or text message.
10. Access, Correction and Privacy Requests
A person may request access to personal information held about them; correction of inaccurate or incomplete information; information about how their information has been used or disclosed; withdrawal of consent; or deletion where legally and operationally permitted. Canada Connect Deals may need to verify identity before completing a request.
Privacy requests may be submitted through the form below, by calling +1 778-244-1221 or by emailing contact@canadaconnectdeals.com. Privacy inquiries are separate from sales processing.
11. Children
The services are intended for adults who are legally able to request telecommunications services. Canada Connect Deals does not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing or order-processing purposes.
12. Third-Party Services
The website may contain links to telecommunications providers, social-media platforms or other third-party services. Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and other Meta services are operated by Meta and have their own terms and privacy practices. Canada Connect Deals is not responsible for the privacy, security or content practices of third-party services. Users should review the applicable third-party privacy policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when services, technologies, partners or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
